During March we have had some exceptional reviews/feedback regarding "Kara - The Album", check out our new reviews page!

Our CD will also be listed during April with http://www.gft-cyclops.co.uk/ and has sold well during the first two months, to all those who have brought the album so far "thanks a lot and a big hug"!!!

We have now decided to keep Kara as a four piece band with the addition of Mike Greenwood and a bit of juggling around of instruments i.e. "throwing them up in the air, who ever catches em plays em" only kidding folks!

August 2005

For all those that have called to find out about when we are playing next we hope it will be from November to support the new CD. We also hope to be very busy in 2006. If you would like us to update you then please email us.

June 2005

Kara now have a bass player in the form of Mr Paul Davis and so we hope to be playing in the Autumn alongside the release of our CD. Sorry that the guest book is not working. It will hopefully be operational by the end of the week, soon to be replaced by a better looking site full stop. Pictures of Paul will be up soon. There will also be a longer section of the demos as I think feedback would suggest they're are a little too short.

April 2005

The band would like to thank a great audience at the HLC on Saturday 16th. We were bowled over with your enthusiasm and generosity and we'd love to come and play for you again sometime this year - with a bass player as well. Many thanks also to CRS staff\Dave Kennedy. Danny from HairlessHeart and to Magenta for not only playing fantastic set but also being a nice crowd to play under.

We had some enquires about a CD and we are putting this together over the Summer, so we'll most certainly keep you posted and also keep you updated of any confirmed gigs over the summer.

As a foot note we also awaiting a photo of Andy which is why he's not with us on the front page, so it's not an engineered oversite.

March 2005

Kara is currently seeking a bass player to complete its line up. If you would like to know more about the position then please check out the demos and if you feel you can really add to the sound, please call the Cardinal Promotions on 07778 751164 or email us.
